Data & Digital Transformation Officer

Number of hours per week Full Time (35 hours per week)
Salary £25,755 - £28,000
Type of contract – 12 months fixed term (with potential for extension, subject to funding)
Work base Hybrid working (home-based with regular office attendance in Penzance and team meetings at various locations across Cornwall)

Cornwall Rural Community Charity (CRCC) is a well-established Cornish charity providing a range of services across the county supporting people and communities in need.

The Data and Digital Transformation Officer will play a pivotal role in enhancing CRCC's data capabilities and supporting its wider digital transformation journey, with a primary focus on the Cornwall Carers Service. This role is crucial for improving data quality and reporting, ensuring timely access to information, and contributing to the digital evolution of the organisation, including the functionality and accessibility of its key digital platforms.

The ideal candidate for the Data and Digital Transformation Officer role will bring essential experience in data management, quality improvement, and impact reporting, ideally with proficiency in Charity Log or similar CRM systems. This pivotal position also requires a strong understanding of digital transformation principles and hands-on experience in website and Content Management System (CMS) maintenance, with a keen eye for digital accessibility. Based within the Communications and Engagement Team, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills, vital for ensuring timely data insights for the Cornwall Carers Service and supporting CRCC’s broader digital evolution.
